THE BOOT CAMP AT GREENLAKE INCLUDES 16 SESSIONS OVER 8 WEEKS:

REGISTRATION OPEN

Hour long outdoor group training
Progressive programming
  Cardio sprints, functional strength training, stretching and flexibility
Strength stations around Green Lake in between running intervals
  Core, Balance, Upper Body, Lower Body, and Dynamic Strength Training
