What if I haven't worked out in months?
Boot Camp is for all fitness levels - whether you work out daily or haven't worked out since high school. All activities are structured so that you can choose the appropriate intensity for your fitness level. That said, it can be a high intensity workout. Please consult a personal trainer at American Athlete if you question your ability to participate.

The Boot Camp will continue as scheduled in all weather conditions, with the exception of severe lightning. In the event of heavy rain American Athlete suggests that participant bring a light water resistant jacket/pullover and water resistant gloves.
What if I'm late?
In the event that you are late for Boot Camp we suggest that you still check in with the front desk. One of our associates will be available to give you directions or if necessary guide you to the location of the day.
Where on Greenlake is The Boot Camp?
The nature of the class lends itself to be mobile, thus American Athlete at Greenlake rotates the location of The Boot Camp each session. This also ensures that the usage on the turf is evenly distributed and is a courtesy to other patrons of the park to be certain that we are not monopolizing space.
What if I can't make it to all of the classes?
The standard registration fee includes all sessions Monday an Wednesday. Absences from a session are not refunded or pro-rated.
