What is Boot Camp?
Boot Camp fitness workouts include cardiovascular and resistance training in a wide variety of formats. The hour long sessions are well rounded and include speed and agility, endurance, and strength training with body weight, bands, and other basic equipment. Our Boot Camp training pushes you farther with fitness games, relays, group challenges, medicine ball drills, plyometrics, agility ladders, Fartlek training, obstacle course, guerrilla drills, and grass drills! Above all… it’s fun!
