I have always enjoyed the aerobics classes here am sure to keep them in my weekly routine. Over the years they have improved my flixibility, balance, and agility, all of which become increasingly important as time goes on. I love the changes that American Athlete has implemented, particularly the expansion of the group exercise program. I have tried pretty much every class that is offered and feel that the quality of classes and the instructors has sparked a new interest and taken me to a new level of fitness.
