THE BOOT CAMP 2010


Dates are posted for The Boot Camp 2010. Registration is currently open!
  • Hour long outdoor group training
  • Progressive programming
  • Cardio sprints, functional strength training, stretching and flexibility
  • Strength stations around Green Lake in between running intervals
  • Core, Balance, Upper Body, Lower Body, and Dynamic Strength Training

Hi Tony and Henry,

Hey, I want to give you guys kudos for how clean the gym looked this morning at 6 am.  The mirrors were sparkling and the studio had obviously been mopped and swept, including the bike area.  Thanks.  That kind of cleaning attention (the nooks and crannies) really matters, was noticed, and is appreciated.

I also want to mention how EXCELLENT the Wednesday 6am cycling class with Matt has been.  Wow.  His coaching, cuing, and explanations for what we were doing and why were perfect.  I discovered his class while signing up for my usual 6:30am class with Cheryl.  I think if you let the cycling class regulars know (via posted flyer or email) know about this new cycling class, members would flock to it.  I absolutely appreciate the early morning time, too.  6:00am perfectly fits my schedule.

Thanks a bunch for the great day at the gym today.
