Yoga classes are taught in a variety of styles, the focus is on spinal alignment while developing strength, stamina, flexibility, and balance. This graceful and ancient technique for teaching the body how to deal with stress and fatigue will enhance a fitness program and is open to all levels of experience. This class is one hour in length.
