The Early Bird
The Early Bird class is a circuit based group class aimed to challenge the cardiovascular system as well as the core. This class provides a great opportunity for all skill levels to wake up their metabolism right away in the morning AND be to work on time. Betsy does a great job of adapting exercises to fit the needs of a new-comer or challenge even the toughest of the American Athletes. This class is one hour in length.
