THE BOOT CAMP 2010


Dates are posted for The Boot Camp 2010. Registration will open 3/8/10 at Noon.
  • Hour long outdoor group training
  • Progressive programming
  • Cardio sprints, functional strength training, stretching and flexibility
  • Strength stations around Green Lake in between running intervals
  • Core, Balance, Upper Body, Lower Body, and Dynamic Strength Training

The Early Bird

 

The Early Bird class is a circuit based group class aimed to challenge the cardiovascular system as well as the core. This class provides a great opportunity for all skill levels to wake up their metabolism right away in the morning AND be to work on time. Betsy does a great job of adapting exercises to fit the needs of a new-comer or challenge even the toughest of the American Athletes. This class is one hour in length.

* Having trouble making it to class? Wake-up calls now available upon request. Ask the Front Desk, or call (206) 524-7000 to set up a time. Available Monday - Friday, 5:15am - 8:00am.
