Dancercise

Trade in your treadmill for aerobic dance and music from all continents and decades. Learn to adjust the intensity of your workout to match your individual needs, whatever your age or fitness level. Use all your muscles gently or intensely to get a great workout that builds endurance, balance, flexibility and fun. This class has a maximum participation of 16 members and is recommended for beginner to intermediate fitness levels.This class is one hour in length.
