THE BOOT CAMP 2010


Dates are posted for The Boot Camp 2010. Registration is currently open!
  • Hour long outdoor group training
  • Progressive programming
  • Cardio sprints, functional strength training, stretching and flexibility
  • Strength stations around Green Lake in between running intervals
  • Core, Balance, Upper Body, Lower Body, and Dynamic Strength Training

Designed for all fitness levels, this low impact format seeks after the athlete within. Enjoy cycling year round with inspiring music and adjustable intensity levels to match a variety of fitness needs. This class is one hour in length.
