Cycling with Darcy
Darcy's 60-minute cycling class incorporates an eclectic soundtrack ranging from classic rock to R&B to hip-hop, providing a fun and effective workout for all fitness levels. Her class includes basic to intermediate techniques with a focus on proper form and varied routines to fit each song. Students can expect to experience hill sets, climbing both in and out of the saddle, along with seated workouts that maximize energy output based on rpm and watts. Darcy encourages her students to choose an effort level that is both comfortable and challenging, with the ultimate goal of providing her class with an opportunity to gain strength and skill while hopefully having a good time.
*Class Registration Calendar will be updated on the 1st and the 16th of every month.
