Core 30
Not just an Ab class! This quick 30 minute class is designed to help you strengthen and tone your abs, thighs, glutes, and lower back. A strong core reduces back pain, improves postural imbalances and improves athletic performance. For a fun and challenging workout come try this class out today. Great for all fitness levels, no aerobic component.
Circuit Training
Skills, drills, balance training and other exercises that are geared toward creating more athleticism in every member. This class is rigorous and is directed toward members that have a moderate to advanced fitness level.
