Happy New Year! Now that the holiday season is over, family is back at their home, and you have time..... get into the gym! We have many ways to keep you fit for any of your fitness needs. Group exercise is a great way to get built in instruction and keep you consistent. Don't forget about your monthly 30min session with a personal trainer.
The week of January 17th is the release of the winter quarter programming. Be on the look out for updates to the group exercise schedule, increased capacity in some classes, new instructors, and more.
Be sure to hang on to the new year's energy and instill a regular routine, consistency is the best way to ensure a successful fitness program.
