 Fall. What a great time to make a positive change in life! The leaves are changing color, air is crisp, and the threat of dark rainy days is upon us. Get ahead of the crowd this year and step indoors for your fitness program.

With so many modes of exercise to choose from American Athlete is the ideal Seattle Gym to be fit. We all love the outdoors, but Seattle can be a tough place to stay fit in the winter. Be sure to start now on your routine so you are prepared for what promises to be a fantastic ski season.

A combination between BODYPUMP and Cycling could be an ideal cross training routine for any winter athlete. Get the hard core endurance weight routine from BODYPUMP and the high intensity cardio from Cycling that is required to be a great weekend warrior!

BODYCOMBAT is a fun and exciting way to work on plyometrics, agility, and cardio all inside of a one hour action packed routine.

Then we have Yoga and Pilates. Every athlete needs to unwind and let loose. These are ideal options to take your flexibility, core strength, and mental health to the next level.

If you have been on hiatus due to the recent nice weather, be sure to schedule your complimentary 30min session with a personal trainer. This will ensure that you get back on track in the most efficient way possible.
